Tennis Clinics

Tennis Clinics are offered for players who are not on the Tennis Team. Each Clinic runs 3 days a week (Mon-Wed) over a 1-week period.

BHAC is implementing the USTA 10 and under program which is sweeping the country–it utilizes low compression balls, smaller nets, and smaller courts. Our new courts were constructed with the alternate lines. Players hit very low compression balls which are larger then normal tennis balls and travel slower. The court area is only 36′ and the net is smaller. This will allow the youngsters to experience realistic tennis with greater success.

June/July Clinic Times:

5 & 6 years old – 1:15 to 1:45 PM

7 & 8 years old – 1:45 to 2:30 PM

9 years and up – 2:30 to 3:15 PM

Clinic 1 – June 17, 18, 19

Clinic 2 – June 24, 25, 26

Clinic 3 – July 15, 16, 17

Clinic 4 – July 22, 23, 24

August Clinic Times:

5 & 6 years old – 9:00 to 9:30 AM

7 & 8 years old – 9:30 to 10:15 AM

9 years and up – 10:15 to 11:00 AM

Clinic 5 – August 5, 6, 7

Clinic 6 – August 12, 13, 14
