If you are interested in joining our club for the first time, start by joining our waitlist below. Once your order is processed, you will be sent a follow-up email with instructions to complete the application for Membership. Returning members – check your email for information on re-joining.

BHAC Frequently Asked Membership Questions

How do I go about joining the BHAC?

Click the “Join Us” button, and follow the prompts to complete an application. Please include all contact information. There is a $50.00 fee to complete the application, which will be paid online with a credit card. Once the completed application is approved, you will be placed on the Waiting List for a BHAC Membership.

How long is the wait list?

As of January 2024, there are 292 people on the waitlist

How Many spots open up each year? In a typical year, we see 50 families leave our club making spots available for those on the waitlist. We usually see about 100 people come off the waitlist a year as many people decline or it is not the right time for them to join.

What is the cost to join the club?

The fees are as follows: Membership Equity of $1050 (refundable to you when you leave the club & your spot is sold), a Non-refundable initiation fee of $950, & $750 for annual dues. These costs are for the 2024 season and may increase for future years.

How long can I stay on the waiting list and keep my spot?

You remain on the waitlist until a spot becomes available unless you have declined an invitation to join twice. Once a spot is offered to you, the potential member can pass but will be moved to the bottom of the list. If the member declines an invite a second time they will be dropped from the list. Not responding to an invitation email also gets you dropped from the list.

If I can’t get in during the current season, can you add me to the August waiting list?

There is no separate August waiting list. We offer August memberships based on historical data (lately 40-50) a year. We intend to offer full membership to the August members the following year. You can decline this August offer and remain on the waitlist, just know those August members will get offered a spot before you.

How many times can I get an August membership?

Only once. If you were an August member, and you get asked the following year to become a full member but decline, you are removed from the waitlist and can rejoin by paying the fee agian.
