Looking to plan a party? You can host your own at the club and it is guaranteed to be a lot of fun!

To ensure that the club doesn’t get too crowded, we ask that members make reservations if they plan to have a party of 10 or more people (if you have more than 25 people Club Manager must approve based on space availability). To do so, pick your date and time on the calendar below.

Only pavilion tables may be reserved.

$25.00 Non-Refundable deposit for parties of 10 or less (two tables)

$35.00 Non-Refundable deposit for parties of 11 or more (three/four tables).

We will be accepting reservations as soon as the club is open in May through September 1. Through this reservation procedure, we can ensure that your event will not be affected by another party that happens to be occurring on the same day. Reservations are pending until dates and times are checked, always have a backup plan.

Here are a few reminders to make sure your party is successful:

• Parties can use at most two – four picnic tables under the pavilion.
• Party signs are restricted to the immediate site of the party. No banners or signs are permitted at the entrance of the club.
• Members are required to provide a guest list on the form provided prior to the start of the party. All guests of the party must check in at the Potter’s Booth (this includes members and guests).
• If the member is paying guest fees, all guest fees must be paid prior to the start of the party. The final guest count will be confirmed with the manager on duty and any adjustment to the guest fee payment will be made at the conclusion of the party.
• Members are responsible for informing their guests of the sign-in procedures at the front desk.
• Members are responsible for the communication and observance of all club rules and regulations by their guests.
• Special requests must be submitted in writing and approved by the Club Manager prior to the party.
